Privacy Policy
1. Overview
AEO Pro Lab ("we," "our," "us") operates the website aeoprolab.com and associated services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from users who have been granted access to the private beta program.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Email address, name, company, and role as provided during the access request process.
- Submission information: Information you voluntarily provide through our forms, including the free vMEM record request (for example contact name, contact email, phone number, entity name, website URL, entity type, location, and the public-facing entity details you choose to share).
- Authentication and submission logs: Timestamps, IP addresses, user agent, and approximate geographic location derived from IP, captured when you sign in or submit a form. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and to enforce submission limits.
- Usage data: URLs submitted for analysis, generated outputs, and interaction logs within the platform.
- Technical data: Browser type, user agent, and device information transmitted during requests.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the AEO Pro Lab service and prepare requested records.
- Authenticate users, enforce access controls, and apply per-day submission limits.
- Maintain audit logs for security and compliance purposes.
- Improve the quality and reliability of generated outputs.
- Communicate service updates or changes.
4. Submissions and Permissioned Contact
When you submit information to us through any form, including the free vMEM record request, you are starting a permissioned dialogue. By submitting, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information for the entity named, and you agree that we may contact you, using the contact details you provide, to acknowledge your submission and to ask for any further clarification needed to complete or correct your request.
This permission is limited to communication reasonably related to your submission. It does not, on its own, enroll you in marketing or promotional messaging. Where a separate marketing opt-in is offered, marketing communication is sent only if you choose it, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Please submit public-facing entity information only. Do not submit confidential client information, patient information, student records, legal matter details, medical records, trade secrets, passwords, private contracts, or other sensitive information through these forms.
5. Data Retention
Account, submission, and usage data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period thereafter. Authentication and submission logs (including IP addresses) are retained for security and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via LinkedIn.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with infrastructure providers strictly necessary for operating the service, and as required by law.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections, authenticated access, and audit logging. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management, and limited analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
