Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AEO Pro Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Access is provided on an invitation-only basis during the private beta period.
2. Private Beta Program
The Service is currently in private beta. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during this period. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, output accuracy, or feature continuity.
3. Eligibility and Access
Access is granted at our sole discretion. You must provide accurate information during the access request process. Credentials are personal and may not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without cause.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying methodology, prompts, or scoring logic.
- Share, redistribute, or publicly publish internal outputs without authorization.
- Submit URLs or content you do not have the right to analyze.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or audit logging.
5. Submissions and Permissioned Contact
When you submit information through any form on the Service, including the free vMEM record request, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information for the entity named, and that the information is accurate. By submitting, you agree to a permissioned dialogue: you consent to be contacted, using the contact details you provide, so we can acknowledge your submission and request any further clarification needed to complete or correct it.
This permission is limited to communication reasonably related to your submission and is separate from any optional marketing consent. You must submit public-facing entity information only. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or otherwise sensitive information, including client information, patient information, student records, legal matter details, medical records, trade secrets, passwords, or private contracts.
Free records are offered subject to availability and fair-use limits, including a cap on the number of requests that may be submitted from the same person, email, or network within a 24 hour period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, methodology, and generated output formats, is the intellectual property of AEO Pro Lab. You retain ownership of the URLs and page content you submit. Generated outputs are licensed to you for internal use during your active participation in the program.
7. Output Disclaimer
Outputs generated by the Service, including answer blocks, schema JSON-LD, gap notes, records, and reports, are drafts intended for human review before implementation. We do not guarantee that outputs will improve search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue. All outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before publishing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEO Pro Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service (which for free offerings is zero).
9. Audit Logging
Authentication and submission events, including timestamps, IP addresses, user agent, and approximate location, are logged for security, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes. By using the Service, you consent to this logging.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may discontinue use at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use generated outputs survives only for outputs already exported prior to termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
